Oestrich - Winkel is situated in the heart of the youngest German wine route, the Rheingau Riesling Route.

The old tradition of the profession of the wine grower makes the character of the little village which is surrounded by wine yards.Here you find our wine estate which has been in our family for generations.

For ages we have been defenders of the Rheingau Riesling tradition which we are trying to keep and to increase.

The Riesling is the supplier of the most valuable quality white wine of the world and that is the reason why the Riesling takes up 90 percent of the total of our 6 hectare estate. Only the Rotberger which is a red wine or the Weissherbst supplement our offer.

Our family deals with all work arising in this matter i.e. from the pruning right to the harvest of the grapes, the wine pressing and the care and control of the wine including the wine bottling.

For the connoisseur and lover of the Rheingau wines we are growing wholesome and well rounded wines for all occasions.
