The plastered half-timbered house "Zur Schlupp" dates back to 1608. Already since 2000 the couple Ehrhardt, both trained in the hotel business, run the small Schlupp very successfully. The manageable little restaurant with a cozy and very personal atmosphere, is run under the sole hand of the state-certified restaurateur and master chef of the Hotelfachschule Heidelberg, Michael Ehrhardt. His kitchen performance convinces with uncompromising quality standards.

The kitchen style is seasonal, often with Mediterranean influences. There are two menus (of which always a vegetarian option) with wine accompaniment at moderate prices, complemented by a small á la carte card.
