Our chef Johannes Frankenbach offers at his restaurant 'Jean' an upscale German, French inspired cuisine. Seasonal and regional meals and menus complete the offer. Since November 2014 our restaurant 'Jean' has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide.

Our wine menu is a rendezvous of regional wines and wines from the old and new world. The focus is on the French growing regions of Bordeaux and Burgundy.

For our hotel guests we offer special overnight arragements within the opening hours.

In summer our guests are entertained in the garden when the weather is nice.
