The town hall, built in 1585/86, stands opposite the church of St. Valentius on the eaves of the market square.

The street front of the secular building is flanked by two oriels on consoles covered with tail gables. The western gable has a two-story pierced chimney for the fireplace. Above the portal is the coat of arms of Archbishop Wolfgang von Dalberg. A round-arched gate leads to the courtyard. There is a stair tower with a stone spiral staircase as access to the upper floor.
