The cheerful castle team serves regional and in-house specialities Riesling and Pinot Noir from the GEORG BREUER winery and Rheingau winegrowers. Our head chef Michael Hemberger favours fresh products and suppliers from the region. The season influences our monthly changing menu. Every day from Easter to Christmas, Viktor plays the piano for you at lunchtime. Our castle quartet entertains you in the evening. This popular band plays the piano, saxophone, clarinet and violin. Their large repertoire of evergreens, hits, popular favourites, pop songs and oldies invites you to listen, sing along and dance.
