With minimal technical effort, nature-friendly Rieslings are produced at the Rheingau winery Charissé from the sites Hasensprung and Jesuitengarten. The unique features of Red Riesling and a well-measured maceration fermentation bring a special play of aromas and an avant-garde signature to the wines.
