We serve family-style cuisine in our estate bar, as we enjoy it ourselves. A large part of our menu is characterized by the Spanish dishes of my wife. Country cuisine in the best sense, like the couscous with marinated fennel and chorizo. Of course, our typical Spanish tapas are also very important to us - as an appetizer, for sharing, or for a hearty meal. In addition, we have our favorite dishes from Korean cuisine. The menu is rounded off with modern interpretations of winemaker dishes from spinach dumplings to game aspic.
