WALK LIKE A LOCAL offers a real and simultaneously digital excursion experience.
The tours are conducted independently with your own smartphone. We locals have created short videos and put together an impressive route that surprises with its incredible views and facets.
The landscape is explored independently. The wine that grows here can be tasted by you in the vineyard. In addition, information about winemaking
and the region is conveyed via our videos to your smartphone. A hike is possible with as few as 2 people.

In your pocket
The centerpiece of the box is an individual card deck consisting of 15 playing cards and a map. On the back of each playing card is a QR code that can be scanned with your smartphone. Subsequently, a video or an audio contribution (3-5 minutes) appears.
The cards explain the wine, the sight, or convey interesting information about the region corresponding to the location.
During the tour,
4 high-quality Rheingau wines will be tasted, which we have exclusively bottled in 0.25 l units. Convenient with a screw cap so that the bottle can be comfortably closed even during the tour.
THE ROUTE
The route "Raufgänger Route" leads from Oberstraße into the vineyards towards the viewpoint "Rammstein", from there towards Ehrenfels and back through the top locations of Rüdesheim into the old town. At various wonderful places, wine is tasted, hiked, and admired.
At a leisurely pace, you should plan approximately 3.5 hours for the 7.5 km distance with wine breaks.
