Weinbergshaus by Diefenhardt

In the middle of the Rheingau - surrounded by vineyards on the hillside - stands the Diefenhardt vineyard house. Clearly visible from afar, it draws attention to itself. It has always been owned by our winery and served the former owner Baron von Reichenau as a hunting lodge. Today, it is a place for sociability, enjoyment, and pure nature. As the centerpiece of our winery, it now also adorns our label.

We will reopen our vineyard house for the Rheingau Gourmet Weeks 2026

Our Diefenhardt Wine Estate has a history and tradition dating back several hundreds of years. The wine vaults, still in use today, were built in the 17th century.
