Weingut Chat Sauvage

On the outskirts of Johannisberg, surrounded by vineyards, lies the Vinothek of Chat Sauvage. Here you have the opportunity to taste our current vintages and form your own impression of the style of our estate.

The production of high-quality Burgundy wines is our passion. And so it is little surprise that our vineyards are exclusively planted with Pinot Noir (75%) and Chardonnay (25%).

A special feature in the Rheingau! Each of our wines clearly shows the potential that the wine-growing region holds for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
