Riesling and Pinot Noir are the stars of our winery. With these grape varieties we show the specific characteristics of world-famous terroirs such as HÖLLENBERG, BERG SCHLOSSBERG, BERG ROTTLAND, BERG ROSENECK, BAIKEN and MARCOBRUNN with the highest quality standards. With organic cultivation we elicit their deeply hidden secrets from the vineyards. This potential can be fully exploited in the cellar through long sedimentation and a fine yeast store as well as the use of busket presses and wooden barrels.

We are convinced that this philosophy leads to wines with elegance, expressiveness and concentration, which can tell the story of their vineyard and vintage because they turn the skriking differences of their origins into an emotional experience. That`s what motivates us!

WINERY RESTAURANT / From April to October you can enjoy regional dishes with a mediterranean touch in the garden and manor house. The season dictates regular culinary changes. The restaurant is a member of Slowfood.
