Among the grape varieties, Riesling predominates, supplemented by a small portion of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Our production philosophy is as purposeful as it is responsible.
A very careful handling of nature is our responsibility and duty. Crop protection and fertilization are limited to the essentials, thus forming the basis for the natural fertility of our vineyards and the future of our winery.

In addition, we open the doors of our wine tavern during the winter months and in spring. We are represented at the wine stand at Morschberg in Johannisberg on 3 weekends. More information can be found on our homepage www.weingut-hanka.de

As a family winery, we do not have fixed opening hours.

In general, someone can usually be found at the winery from Monday to Saturday. If not, we are likely in the vineyard. Therefore, we recommend a short phone call in advance.

We - the Hanka family - are a genuine family business in the third generation and cultivate about 10 hectares of vineyard area in the locations of Johannisberg, Geisenheim, Winkel, and Rüdesheim. Among the grape varieties, Riesling dominates, complemented by a small proportion of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc.
