Since 2021, we, Cosi and Nik, have been jointly managing our winery in Oestrich-Winkel. We focus on ecological and nature-oriented viticulture on our 4.5 hectares of vineyard.

Our wines are made as naturally as possible. For us, this means: 100% hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, no fining agents, no/minimal added sulfur, hand-filling.

Tastings in our wine shop are possible at any time by prior arrangement.
