The Schloss Reinhartshausen winery estate offers space for conferences, corporate events, and incentive programs on its historic estate grounds right on the Rhine. Four venues are available in the winery estate: “Historische Kelterhalle” (the Historic Wine Press Hall), with 200 square meters of space for up to 200 guests, featuring direct access to the estate park and cellar courtyard as well as modern climate control and ventilation systems; the divisible ‘Wappenzimmer’ (Coat of Arms Room) with a glass roof and access to the estate courtyard, accommodating up to 50 guests; the “Schlossschänke Hannes” (estate tavern), whose bright back room is ideal for meetings, workshops, and seminars; and the “Preußenzimmer,” with approximately 35 square meters, for small conferences and meetings. In addition, there is the historic farm building on the Mariannenaue: 120 square meters, accessible only by boat and located in the heart of a nature reserve. A venue for receptions and meetings that will be remembered. Technical infrastructure and an adjacent service kitchen are available, and all rooms can be arranged with custom seating. The kitchen uses seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, preferably from organic farms. Only wines, sparkling wines, and fine brandies from our own production are served. 23 rooms and suites on the estate make multi-day events possible; with a minimum booking of 15 rooms, the entire property can be exclusively reserved. Available as part of the supporting program are wine tastings with a cellar tour, a boat tour on the Rhine, and a reception on the island at Mariannenaue.
