Winemaking has been practiced at the Weihermühle since 1803 – a tradition that we, as the Jung family, are allowed to carry on and revive with great passion.
With fresh ideas, commitment, and genuine enthusiasm for the Rheingau, we are following our own path. In 2025, we harvested our own grapes for the first time – both mechanically and by hand – and we are looking forward to sharing the wines produced from them with you next year.
