The winery is located in a former mill in the center of Wiesbaden-Delkenheim. The estate includes what is currently the oldest dated half-timbered house in Wiesbaden, built in 1575. While in 1966 there were still 27 owners growing wine in Delkenheim, today there are just two families. One of them is us: the Friesenhahn family. Where new ideas and old tradition flow into each other, wines are created that connect generations - that is the motto of our small winery. And because we are at home in Hesse, we also cultivate regional traditions and produce a very good "Ebbelwois", made from apples from our orchards - typically Hessian.
