Lieser Path - hiking from the source to the mouth

Accompany the Lieser on its journey. Over four stages, you will experience how the small stream develops into a river. Far away from everyday life, you can enjoy the invigorating power of nature and clear your mind. With your hiking boots laced up, off you go: Narrow paths along the slope lead down to bridges crossing the Lieser and back up to wide trails. The chirping of birds and the gentle rush of the river form the soundscape. Alongside historic buildings such as castles and mills, highlights of nature especially line your path: Besides ancient forests and maars, imposing viewpoints repeatedly offer the opportunity to pause and absorb the effects of the therapeutic landscape. Far from the noise of roads and everyday life, you can enjoy the invigorating power of the Earth and clear your mind.
