Hospitality has a long tradition in Eberbach Monastery: housed in the former mill and barn, the hotel was converted into a guesthouse as early as the 16th century. Additional rooms are located above the restaurant. These were completed in 2022 and offer modern comforts. The hotel rooms in the monastery reflect Cistercian ideals. The interior design is straightforward, understated, and at the same time cozy. The rooms feature colors that also characterize the monastery. Calm gray tones are combined with rich red, and indirect lighting promises tranquility and warmth. Outside of restaurant opening hours, there is an honesty bar with snacks and drinks.
