In the past, there was more tinsel – and above all, one was younger. In his new live program, comedian and feel-good influencer Johannes Flöck takes his audience on a journey that is both humorous and relaxing through the pitfalls of modern everyday life – between self-optimization, mindfulness mania, and Johannes Flöck's quiet realization: “I can’t do things the way I want anymore; I have to want what I can do now.”

With fine humor, pointed observations of everyday life, and almost philosophical prompts for thought, Flöck talks about aging without age rigidity, the e-bike boom of the boomers, new nutrition trends, active relaxation, and the art of not wanting to constantly improve life. Instead of higher, faster, further, it’s about: more consciously, more relaxed – and above all, more fun.

A program for laughing, breathing deeply, and recognizing oneself again – honest, warm-hearted, and wonderfully funny.
