From the very beginning, Eberbach Monastery has been closely linked with wine. The founders brought it from their Burgundian homeland. Its domains now extend to what were then the best vineyard sites. Viticulture ensured the monastery's survival for centuries. Monastery and viticulture go well together - especially in Eberbach!

During the leisurely wine tasting, you will stroll through the abbey with a knowledgeable guide, learn interesting and important facts about the nearly 900-year history of the monastery, and get to know six exclusive wines from the Kloster Eberbach winery under expert supervision.
