MS Asbach – a ship of the Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschifffahrt GmbH

Let yourself be fascinated by one of the largest ship parades in Europe! On the journey from Koblenz to Spay, you will experience the Middle Rhine Valley at dusk, while on the return journey, the individual Rhine municipalities are immersed in Bengal light and numerous fireworks are ignited. Around 11:00 PM, you will then experience the highlight of the evening:
Above the impressive fortress backdrop, the spectacular drone show, choreographed to music, displays impressive motifs in the night sky. Afterwards, a brilliant fireworks display will transport you into a world of light and wonder.

Already on Friday, the three-day accompanying event “Rhein in Flammen®” at the banks of the Rhine and Moselle will turn into a true event mile.

Our services:

• 07.08. - 09.08.2026: Two overnight stays with breakfast
• 08.08.2026: 11:00 AM participation in a guided walking tour through the historic old town of Koblenz lasting approximately two hours
• 08.08.2026:  from approximately 5:30 PM cruise on the MS Asbach from/to Koblenz, pier 4 of the Köln-Düsseldorfer at Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer (Rhine) including a sparkling wine reception and dinner (buffet) and beverage package* on board during the ship parade "Rhein in Flammen®". 
  Disembarkation around 12:00 AM

*The beverage package is included from 5:30 PM until the end of the event and includes beers, soft drinks, wines, coffee, and tea. The evening buffet includes a selection of cold appetizers, warm main courses, and desserts. Vegetarian options are available.

Please note that after the booking is confirmed, a free cancellation of the ship tickets is not possible. A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

Important: About 4 weeks before the start of the trip, you will receive your travel documents by post. This is provided that your full payment has been received by us.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that we may have a film crew from SWR television on board, which will take video recordings for the live broadcast from the sun deck.
