Rhein in Flammen with the MS Vallendar – a ship of Gilles Personenschifffahrt

Let yourself be fascinated by one of the largest ship parades in Europe! On the journey from Koblenz to Spay, you will experience the Middle Rhine Valley at dusk, while on the return trip the individual Rhine communities are bathed in Bengal light and numerous fireworks are set off. Around 11:00 PM, you will then experience the highlight of the evening:
Above the impressive fortress backdrop, the spectacular drone show, choreographed to music, presents impressive motifs in the night sky. Afterwards, a dazzling high-altitude fireworks display will transport you to a world of light and wonder.

Already on Friday, the three-day accompanying event “Rhein in Flammen®” turns the banks of the Rhine and Moselle into a real event mile.

Our services:

• 07.08. - 09.08.2026:  2 x overnight stays with breakfast in the booked hotel
• 08.08.2026: 11:00 AM participation in a guided walking tour of approximately two hours through the historic old town of Koblenz
• 08.08.2026: from approx. 5:00 PM boat trip on the MS Vallendar from/to Koblenz, dock 2 of Gilles Personenschifffahrt at Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer (Rhine) including DJ, dinner (buffet) and drink package* on board in the ship parade “Rhein in Flammen®”. 
  Disembarkation around 12:00 AM

*The drink package is included from 5:00 PM until the end of the event and includes beers, soft drinks, wines, coffee, and tea. The dinner buffet includes a selection of cold starters, hot main dishes as well as desserts. Vegetarian options will be offered.

Please note that after confirming the booking, a free cancellation of the boat tickets is not possible. 100% cancellation fees will be charged.
