Female. Strong. Underrepresented. – Rheingau Ladies Night on October 21

What does it actually mean to play a key role as a woman in politics? How does one manage to assert oneself when the majority at the table is male? And how much courage, humor, and perseverance does it take to balance politics, family, and one's own life?

At our next Rheingau Ladies Night, it will be personal, exciting, and guaranteed to be anything but boring: We are looking forward to Ines Claus, chairwoman of the CDU parliamentary group in the Hessian State Parliament. She will take us behind the scenes of politics – but above all into her very personal daily life as a successful woman, politician, wife, mother, and friend.

We will discuss women in politics, power and responsibility, compatibility, role models, and challenges – and of course the small and big stories that one cannot find in any political program. Furthermore, there will be a special location, good wines, and plenty of Rheingau: We are guests at the Kronenschlösschen and can look forward to wines from the Georg Müller Foundation. An evening to listen, discuss, laugh, and perhaps also reflect a little on what needs to change so that women are no longer underrepresented in politics.
