Equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy tiled stove, a good Ibach piano, and Wi-Fi, this area offers maximum flexibility for shared hours, musical moments, or productive workshop phases. The adjacent winter garden and the spacious terrace lead directly into the garden - perfect for relaxing in nature.

The layout at a glance: four cozy bedrooms spread over two floors (ground floor and basement) flexibly divided into two double rooms, one triple room, and one quadruple room, three separate bathrooms with natural light in well-kept retro charm, as well as two fully equipped kitchens ensure both community and opportunities for retreat.
From the state-recognized recreational area of Stephanshausen (365m above sea level), you can directly hike into the Rheingau mountains, and the famous Rheinhöhenweg also crosses in the immediate vicinity.
