We have been producing sparkling wine on our own premises for over 35 years.

We exclusively use the traditional bottle fermentation method for this.
Sparkling wine is our passion! We produce about 20,000 bottles a year. Each bottle is handled about 40 times during production.

The event takes place over two weekends: November 14 – 15, 2026, and November 21 – 22, 2026.
Always on Saturdays and Sundays.
Tasting of our entire selection of sparkling and still wines in our wine shop from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Admission is free.

Sparkling wine demonstration LIVE DEGORGING: Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00 p.m.
Including a glass of sparkling wine!
Meeting point: Winery courtyard.
No reservation required. Admission free.
