For us, winemaking is a matter of heart and family. Hand in hand, we work year after year in our traditional single vineyards – of course, ecologically. For us, this means loving handwork from harvest to bottling. We attentively accompany our wines to always be able to guarantee the highest quality. Innovation drives us – precision is the foundation of our creation for elegant, characterful vegan organic wines.

SPARKLING WINE OUR SHOWPIECE

When our wines stand in the glass as seductively sparkling sparkling wine after the second fermentation in the bottle and an extra-long yeast storage, it is for us not only pure happiness – for our wines, it is also a knighthood. Because from our more than thirty years of experience as sparkling wine makers, we know: Only from a grand wine can a top sparkling wine be made.

Our task is driven by the desire to preserve their terroir personality from the best sites of the Rheingau, our VDP.ERSTE LAGE® and VDP.GROSSE LAGE®, and their varietal typicity in our vegan organic sparkling wines.

Wine and Sparkling Wine Tasting Days at BARTH

Try our sparkling wines and the new 2025 wines in our vinotheque. On May 2, you can learn how to open a sparkling wine bottle with a saber at our sabrage workshop. For interested customers, we offer a free cellar tour of our winery on Sat April 25 and Sat May 2 at 2:30 PM. No registration is required for the cellar tour.
