NaturWanderPark delux "Out and about in the Felsenland"

In the German-Luxembourg Nature Park, the landscape characterised by massive sandstone massifs appears so bizarre that it can almost only be the work of the devil... but a devil with a sense of adventure for hikers. The edges of the Ferschweiler Plateau are wildly rugged and criss-crossed by deep gorges. Near Irrel, a charming little town, the water of the Prüm flows rushing over massive boulders that have been hurled down from the plateau. Dark crevices and caves give you goosebumps as you learn to respect nature.

Day 1: Arrival, overnight stay and half board in Bollendorf. The Restaurant Hauer offers fresh, seasonally changing dishes in a cosy atmosphere - right on the border river Sauer. Day 2: Drive with your own car to the hiking car park on the K19, Weilerbach | approx. 5 min. hike on the Felsenweg 1 - Weilerbach - Hohllay | approx. 20 km. Overnight stay and half board in the evening in Bollendorf
Day 3: Hike from Bollendorf "Green Hell" listening tour | approx. 7 km. Overnight stay and half board in the evening in Bollendorf.
Day 4: Drive with your own car to the Irreler Wasserfälle car park | approx. 15 min. hike on the Felsenweg 5 - Prümer Burg | approx. 17 km.
