The love for wine, a strong family bond, and over 75 years of experience make our winery what it is today: a family-owned winery that strives to combine tradition and innovation in the best possible way. Always with the goal of producing high-quality wines in harmony with nature.

Philosophy

We are passionate winemakers and love working with nature. That is why it is important for us to carry out all steps of work ourselves, from grape growing to vinification and sales. Due to a manageable size of the operation and perfectly coordinated workflows, we are able to meet this requirement.

Winery

In 2017, we fulfilled a long-held dream with the construction of our new winery in the midst of the vineyards. In addition to a new cellar, we have also created a guest area for our wine tavern and larger wine tastings. The centerpiece of the building is the wine shop with a large rooftop terrace and a magnificent view of the Middle Rhine Valley. Here, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in summer along with a matching SOHNS wine.
