His own songs display imagination and grand humor, such as the song about "Eike the mayfly," who cannot reproduce because one-night stands have a bad reputation even in the animal kingdom.

Delightfully, the musical star (Grease, The Rocky Horror Show, Disney in Concert, etc.) pokes fun at himself, improvises a medley of songs called out by the audience at the piano, or ponders the necessity of five blades on his razor.
