The wine festival "Wine Enjoyment at Morschberg" has had a fixed date in the Rheingau calendar for years. Every third weekend in September, many wine enthusiasts meet on the Morschberg to enjoy the unmistakable atmosphere in the vineyards.

Wine and Nature in the Midst of the Vineyard

At the visitors' feet, the Geisenheimer Kläuserweg sharply descends into the valley, followed by the Johannisberger Klaus and the Schlossberg to the east. With all of this in view and in the glass, the perfect wine and the combined enjoyment of wine and nature make the origin palpable. Since both Rüdesheim and Winkel can be seen in one direction and the other, there will also be wines from these regions at some wineries. In addition to wine, there will be culinary offerings as well.

CULINARY Offerings 

This year again, everything related to fish will be available from Fischzucht Zoth and grilled delights from Winzerhaus Johannisberg with the Rheingau Flammkuchen Gourmet baking fresh Flammkuchen from the wood-fired oven. Chef Daniel is also there with his winery, which is already known beyond the Rheingau region. 

And for all ice cream lovers, the ice cream man e-Gelato is back. Vincenzo and Corinne have both lactose-free, gluten-free, or even vegan ice cream in their ice cream truck – just ask, and coffee lovers can also be satisfied again.
