In the Oberstraße, there are a number of beautiful old courtyards from various cultural epochs: the Frankensteiner Court, the Ritter Court, and the Bassenheimer Court. The undoubtedly most beautiful of all Rüdesheim noble courtyards in the Oberstraße is the Brömserhof, built from the year 1292. There is the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments.
