On the three Fridays around St. Martin, we will be serving culinary delights: Matthias Böhler is once again creating his delicious Martin goose.

Together with red cabbage, stewed apples, chestnuts, dumplings, and sauce, we will serve the goose in a 3-course menu including a starter and dessert for the price of 65 euros per person. A meatless alternative has also been considered.

A special wine list is, of course, a must for such an evening. Our wine recommendations come from winemaker Pascal Sohns, who will enhance the evening with his expert advice.

Join us on all Fridays of the Straußwirtschaft starting at 5 PM, at a time of your choice - exclusively with prior reservation and pre-order by email at denise@weingut-sohns.de.

Weingut Sohns

The family-run winery Sohns is located in the heart of the Rheingau in the northern part of Geisenheim. In close proximity to the famous wine-growing university, two generations work together under one roof always with the goal of producing top quality in harmony with nature. The seasonally open wine tavern and the vinotheque with a large rooftop terrace offer wine enjoyment with a fantastic panoramic view of the Middle Rhine Valley.
